Punching Workshop
The cap manufacturing workshop currently operates 20 advanced gantry punching production lines, equipped with optical inspection equipment, automatic counters, and automatic bagging machines. Our product range covers all specifications of aerosol can top and bottom covers, as well as food can bottom covers in the market. This includes applications in aerosols, PU foam, butane gas, automotive care products, daily chemical products, as well as tomato sauce, beverages, dried fruits, canned foods, and many other sectors.
Can Making Workshop
The can manufacturing workshop currently has 4 production lines for three-piece cans, equipped with optical inspection equipment and automatic palletizers. These lines offer high production speed and stable product quality. Our products are widely used in various canned foods, including tomato sauce, beverages, dried fruits, and other canned goods. Jiayi Can Manufacturing commenced operations in 2021, and through excellent quality, innovative technology, and differentiated products, we aim to maximize customer product value.
Printing&Coating Workshop
The printing workshop is equipped with 4 color printing production lines, 4 coating production lines, 1 Huayu HYP45B-VI six-color printing machine, 1 Fuji P452 four-color printing machine, 1 Fuji P452 two-color printing machine, 1 Fuji P452 two-color ribbon printing machine, 3 Fuji F452 coating production lines, 1 Huayu C45 coating production line, and 3 coil cutting production lines. It is also equipped with supporting facilities such as a CTP fully automatic computer plate-making room and a standard physical and chemical laboratory. While providing coating and printing services to our customers, we also offer production support for our company's lid and can manufacturing, effectively shortening the production cycle of lids and cans while ensuring product quality.
